• Physical products may be returned within 30 days after the date of your purchase.
• To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
• Please contact us to initiate a return.
• Please note: there are no refunds on the digital download of building plans/drawings. Due to the nature of digital products, we can't offer returns or refunds because the product cannot be sent back— you would still retain it.
