These are the blueprints for the Raven Original (+ bathroom version), featured widely in a variety of online articles, and in print, including the books Cabin Porn: Inside  and Tiny House: Live Small, Dream Big.

This design came about as a collection of ideas filed away over the years that I’d been wanting to try; as a carpenter, I wanted to build it alone, to enjoy the freedom to maintain my own pace and have full control of the creative process.
I drew up the plans always thinking about the most straightforward, easy to build methods. Working solo,
I built the original in just 4 months; more hands should make the process even quicker.
The + bathroom version includes all exterior elevations, floor plans, roof plan, pier-and-beam foundation plan, wall and roof sections, and framing details. Also included in the + bathroom version is a suggested kitchen layout and the window and door schedule of recommended sizes.

"Hi Pete,

Been a fan of the original design for years now and looking to start my own journey in Maine…I think you've really managed to hit the nail on the head with the design bringing the cabin into the 21st century but maintaining the essence of what makes a cabin a cabin. TOP WORK!"

How much will it cost to build?
